Bauer Media Group‘s growing OCP (Online Comparison Platforms) Business Area announces leadership changes which will be effective as of 1 November.
Raphael Savalle has been appointed CFO for the global Bauer OCP business. He was most recently Group CFO for private equity owned Flavors Holdings where he supported the restructuring and turnaround of the business. Raphael has more than 20 years experience in Finance and consulting roles in brand-driven businesses in the USA and in Europe, including Unilever where he was the Global Finance Director for Dove, and Coty as Division CFO. Raphael holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Organisation and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategy.
Agnieszka Anielska has been appointed COO for the global Bauer OCP business. Since September, Agnieszka has been holding the function of an interim CFO for Bauer OCP. Prior to that, she held the role of Head of New Business Development OCP.

Bauer currently owns Zmarta Group, a leading fintech company in Scandinavia; Rankomat, a leading comparison platform for insurance in Poland, NetBrokers Holding (NBH), the leading comparison platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and CrediMarket in Spain. Each of these OCPs is an independent business under the Bauer Media Group umbrella.
