Following the success of 2021's Vogue Visionaries masterclass series, British Vogue and YouTube announce a new series for 2022. Inviting a group of respected creative industry leaders, from British Vogue contributors to YouTube creators, to impart their hard-won wisdom, this time through partaking in revealing and engaging conversations with another brilliant mind. Each of the four sessions will focus on an exchange of ideas, experiences and advice on how to transform passions into stellar careers.

As a British Vogue Forces For Change partner, YouTube is committed to helping everyone realise their potential, regardless of background.

“Not everyone has access to traditional career routes, whether that’s a university degree or London-based internships,” says British Vogue Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful OBE. “But technology and platforms such as YouTube have been a great leveller in that respect, providing a platform for the next generation.”

Over the past year, British Vogue and YouTube have brought to life Vogue Visionaries: a series of eight masterclasses featuring incredible creative forces: from Alexa Chung sharing everything she’s learned about building a fashion brand, to Booker winner Bernardine Evaristo on what it takes to break into publishing, and YouTube star and make-up artist extraordinaire Lisa Eldridge giving an expert class on making it in the beauty industry.

To coincide with the announcement, British Vogue and YouTube have also revealed the first ever winners of the prestigious Future Visionaries title. Launched in the summer of 2021 as part of the Vogue Visionaries partnership, the competition aims to discover the next generation of creative industry talents – and propel their careers to new heights. The five winners' distinctive works and powerful stories bowled over the judging team, earning them the opportunity to be published in British Vogue’s March issue and a mentorship session with one of the editors.
