Ofcom report: the future of the universal postal service

As part of their plans to reform Royal Mail, earlier this year Ofcom asked businesses to share their views on the future of the universal postal service – this interim report includes a summary of the responses and next steps.

This initiative is a vital part of the PPA’s strategy to amplify younger voices and foster inclusivity across the magazine and specialist media sector. Applications open on 30 September 2024.
