Weight Watchers and Walk Magazine Pack Partnership helps support reader goals

The October 2019 issue of Weight Watchers magazine will be bagged with a free copy of Walk magazine

Providing quick and easy solutions to getting back into a routine at home – after the free and easy summer holidays – the October issue of Weight Watchers (WW) offers readers a reminder of their goals, a renewed commitment to their fitness, and a keen awareness of the importance of motivation and mindset. Packed with inspiring success stories, along with an introduction to _WW_’s new celebrity ambassador, TV presenter Alison Hammond, plus ‘half-hour heroes’ and meals that can be made in a hurry.

Customers will also be introduced to an exclusive product not currently available on the newsstand.

Walk is the quarterly members’ magazine published on behalf of the Ramblers Association. This special-edition anniversary issue includes eight walks across the UK, supplemented by gear tests, international features, competitions and much more.

There is a real synergy between these two products, following NHS advice that ‘walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier’. Ramblers walking groups are NHS recognised and could be easily paired with the WW ‘Easy Walking Plan’ to help encourage new opportunities for exercise and help in every reader’s health and wellbeing journey.

The WW/Walk value packs go on sale on 5 September 2019 and are available for £2.99 at Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and WHSmith High Street and Travel stores.
