TI Media has announced that Soaplife magazine, which launched in 1999, will cease publication.

Angie O’Farrell, TI Media Group Managing Director, Weeklies and Lifestyle, commented: “The changing dynamics of the soap market prompted Soaplife’s recent move to weekly frequency. Unfortunately, despite our last ABC increase, the sales are not sufficient to make the title viable.
“It’s on this basis that we’ve decided to close Soaplife and focus on the remaining titles in our market-leading TV portfolio.”
The issue on sale from August 7 will be the final edition of the weekly magazine.

Royal Mail has published its latest Quality of Service results for the first quarter of the 2025-2026 financial year, covering the period from 31 March to 29 June 2025.
