Terry has enjoyed an illustrious career in publishing across seven decades and is seen as a legend in the industry. From humble origins in Walthamstow, to the first Brit to take a seat on the Board of Hearst Magazines in Manhattan, Terry’s trajectory since starting work aged sixteen has been truly extraordinary and he retains his great enthusiasm for magazine media as an active global ambassador for Hearst.

Terry has supported the following organisations throughout his celebrated career serving as Chairman for Victim Support, MOBO Music, the Peace Alliance and Graduate Fashion. He has also held the position of Campaign Board Member of Historic Royal Palaces. His next big project for this year is working with The World Heart Beat Music Academy.

Hearst will be marking Terry’s landmark achievement with an intimate gathering of some of his nearest and dearest colleagues.
