Tatler has appointed Tom Usher as Creative Director.
A multi-award-winning Designer, Usher began his career at British Vogue under Creative Director Robin Derrick, before becoming Art Director at ARENA, Harper’s Bazaar and later Creative Director at Marie Claire.
Most recently, he held the position of Digital Creative Director at media agency PMK•BNC.
The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) expects the Employment Rights Act (ERA) to have a negative effect on the UK economy. This is the first formal assessment of the Act, published alongside the Budget in its October 2026 Economic and Fiscal Outlook.
