Jessica Barclay, Head of People, Haymarket Media Group

Jessica has worked in human resources for twenty-seven years at a variety of businesses including Titan Media Group, News UK, Ministry of Sound, Omnicom, and Coca Cola.

She has been the Head of People at Haymarket for the last five years and has a leading role in their UK diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, where she has been involved in building and supporting Haymarket’s five employee networks and ensuring that every employee has undertaken diversity training to understand their role in creating Haymarket’s inclusive culture.
