Diversity & Inclusion
People going through menopause are the fastest-growing demographic in the workforce, yet BUPA found that almost 900,000 in the UK had left their jobs because of their symptoms. It’s important now more than ever that we work together to address the negative stereotypes and create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
This enlightening PPA Progress webinar delved into the world of menopause, its impact on professional lives, and what you can do to ensure your organisation is inclusive.
Dr Heather Currie and Emma Skeates shed light on the challenges individuals face during menopause and the transformative potential they bring to the workplace. From hormonal changes to the impact on mental health and productivity, this webinar provides invaluable insights to both employers and employees. The session was facilitated by Elaine dela Cruz from Project 23.
