Diversity & Inclusion
Our PPA Progress webinar helped our members to learn how to unlock the untapped potential of the autistic and neurodivergent workforce.
Shockingly, despite possessing valuable skills, autistic individuals have amongst the lowest employment rates among all disability groups, with only 29% being employed.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain insights into the benefits of a diverse workforce and the challenges that neurodivergent individuals face in the workplace. Our expert, Hilary Fertig from Employment Autism will provide recommendations on how to create a more accessible workplace, benefiting all staff members.
About Employment Autism:
Employment Autism is a charity whose vision is for all autistic people to have opportunity in work and fulfilment in life. They do this by providing evidence based practical guidance on all aspects of autism and the workplace drawing where appropriate on validated academic research, verifiable good practice, and relevant legal obligations.
