Enjoy a guided stroll with amiable companions and rural characters as the team discuss the big countryside issues, from hunting and rewilding, to farming and floods. It’s the perfect escape to the countryside for when you can’t get there yourself. The latest series of this hugely popular podcast contains a stunning clifftop walk along the Glamorgan Coast, a delightful chat about natural history and fly fishing in the Peak District, a walk in South Devon with broadcaster Jonathan Dimbleby and on the trail of killer whales in Shetland.
The team at In The Moment and MadeForMums have worked with Psychologist and wellness author Suzy Reading to create the podcast Sleepy Time, featuring soothing meditations, visualisations and breathing techniques to help children get a good night’s sleep. The eight episode series is narrated by meditation expert Gemma David. Sleepy Time begins with gentle routines for two to five-year olds, and goes on to cover support for five to eight-year olds. The podcast helps to deal with various bedtime issues, including a calming ‘settling down’ routine and simple meditation exercises, as well as providing young children with self-soothing techniques they can use by themselves.
The BikeRadar Podcast is brought to you by the BikeRadar team, in collaboration with colleagues from MBUK and Cycling Plus magazines.
