Denmaur has announced that Harry E Gould Jr has acquired an interest in their business, becoming a majority shareholder
Mr. Gould will work with the current board of Directors and Denmaur employees to further the growth of the business. Stephen Mason remains as non-executive Chairman, and Mike and Nick Gee both continue in their current roles.
Alongside Harry Gould, his brother Robert Gould will also be taking up a position on the Denmaur board, as a non-executive Director.
Mr. Gould brings a wealth of experience and a successful track record of identifying opportunities and developing companies within the paper industry. Harry's involvement and resources will support the expansion of the Denmaur brand into new markets and territories.
Denmaur MD, Nick Gee commented. "We have shared ambitions and I'm certainly looking forward to both Harry and Robert's involvement in current and future.
