Mirams had a long career at magazine distributor COMAG, including 11 years as Managing Director. Over his time in the industry, he has also worked closely with the PPA, serving as Chairman of its Newstrade Committee, and is still a Trustee of the Association of Circulation Executives. Mirams joined the Trustee Board of NewstrAid in April 2004 and was Chairman for six years from April 2012.
