Bauer Media appoints new Head of People – UK Publishing
Bauer Media Group has confirmed that Paul Broughton will join its UK Publishing business as Head of People – UK Publishing.

Last week, Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, visited the Gold Key Media warehouse to meet MD Chris Horn and support the distribution GKM are providing to frontline NHS staff in conjunction with Project Wingman.
At the beginning of lockdown, Theresa Villiers Conservative MP for Chipping Barnet helped Gold Key Media to keep drivers on the road and ensure news delivery was classed as essential work. This support has allowed Gold Key Media to continue to deliver hundreds of thousands of donated publications and goods directly to the NHS Frontlines.
GKM are now delivering to +40 NHS sites, many of which are in collaboration with Project Wingman, which continues to grow at pace across the UK.

On 10 July, Ofcom published its final decision on reforms to the Universal Service Obligation (USO), confirming a number of changes that will significantly affect how subscription magazines are delivered.
