We hosted a webinar on 24 July 2024 to celebrate Disability Pride Month.

Facilitated by Laura Winson, Co-Founder and Director of inclusive talent agency Zebedee, this event featured Zebedee talents who shared their personal experiences and practical tips on fostering inclusivity.

Attendees learnt about the immense spending power of disabled individuals and discovered how authentic representation can resonate powerfully.

This webinar offered valuable insights for agency people, editors, commissioners, and HR professionals aiming to make impactful changes in their work.

Laura Winson, Co-Founder and Director, Zebedee

Laura co-founded Zebedee, the global leading talent agency representing adults and kids with disabilities, visible differences, and trans or non-binary people.

Zebedee has placed over 1000 talent on 10,000’s of jobs and has been instrumental in driving change within the industry.

Emma Lines, Model, Zebedee

Emma has Charcot Marie Tooth type 2 she is a full-time wheelchair user and has limited dexterity in her hands. She uses both a manual and electronic wheelchair.

Emma has spoken in Parliament several times for Muscular Dystrophy UK on the rights and attitudes within society towards disabled people.

Lauren Hilaire, Model, Zebedee

Lauren is a model with Down Syndrome with several big campaigns under her belt.

She enjoys public speaking and has delivered speeches for the Children’s Society travel training programme; Newham Council for their employment partnership with the NHS; and most recently, about inclusion at a secondary school
