How to get your customer-first strategy right

In collaboration with

Join us for the in-person roundtable on Thursday 14 November (2-4pm) in Glasgow.

In a world where you have three seconds to hook your online audience, getting your customer-first strategy right means the difference between high-quality web traffic with the potential for recurring revenue, and no traffic.

During this session, our expert speakers will discuss:

  • How registration and paywalls drive high-quality content
  • User experience and providing readers with what they’re looking for at the time they’re looking for it
  • The gap between your perception of what people will pay for, and what they actually will
  • Reducing load times and bounce rates, and how to monitor it all
  • Rediscovering your own website through the eyes of your reader, and the difference between good and bad traffic

This event is open to anyone working in magazine publishing. Tickets are free for PPA members and International Magazine Centre, or £30 for non-members.
