This newly established position will focus on building a global OCP umbrella brand within the Bauer network.

Therese Fiala has extensive brand marketing experience in various sectors, including FMCG, tech, pharma and telecommunications. Before joining Bauer, she advised companies such as Red Bull, McCain, Tchibo and IBM in the field of branding, marketing and media planning. Before founding her own consultancy, Therese Fiala built her career with Procter & Gamble Austria, where she left as Associate Director Corporate Marketing Austria and Switzerland in 2002.

Each of these OCPs is an independent business with its own CEO under the Bauer Media Group umbrella.
