
Bauer Media appoints new Head of People – UK Publishing

Bauer Media has appointed Paul Keenan President of Audio at Bauer Media Group, and Rob Munro-Hall as Co-Head of Bauer Media Group’s global publishing business and CEO of the UK Publishing Business
Paul Keenan will lead Bauer’s Audio Business, with its market leading broadcast radio, webcasting and podcasts, reaching over twenty-five million listeners daily, further developing it with a focus on digital transformation worldwide. In this role, Paul will continue to report to Veit Dengler who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Bauer Media Group.
Bauer has established a new leadership team for its worldwide publishing operation, comprising of Rob Munro-Hall, Sven Dams, Stefanie Hauer and a Chief Financial Officer, who will be appointed in due course. Within this newly created role, Rob‘s focus will be on enhancing Bauer’s leadership position as well as shaping a successful publishing business for the future across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, USA, Poland, France and Russia. Rob will report to Veit Dengler.

On 10 July, Ofcom published its final decision on reforms to the Universal Service Obligation (USO), confirming a number of changes that will significantly affect how subscription magazines are delivered.
