She will report to Yvonne Bauer, owner and chairwoman of the Executive Board of Bauer Media Group.

As the Head of Group HR, Andrea will play a vital role in supporting Bauer’s transformation from a media house to a multi-business company. She will be responsible for building a common HR strategy across the Group.

Andrea is an HR expert and strategic business partner with a proven track record in leading HR organisations and supporting high performance cultures. Most recently, she was a member of Spence Stuart’s global Leadership Consulting Team, specialising in helping clients build organisations that outperform their competitors, inspire and grow. She has experience of working in a variety of industries and companies, ranging from privately-owned to large multinationals.
