
Royal Mail still missing delivery targets
Royal Mail has published its latest Quality of Service results for the first quarter of the 2025-2026 financial year, covering the period from 31 March to 29 June 2025.

Royal Mail have confirmed that the UK’s postal service infrastructure will continue to deliver “the most comprehensive service we can to all our customers.”
Responding to PPA request for assurances on the continuity of delivery for subscriber issues, Royal Mail said: “The postal service is a key part of the UK’s infrastructure. We will continue to deliver the most comprehensive service we can to all our customers.
“The delivery of all mail including magazines is an important way of keeping the country together, enable businesses to keep operating and help many people who may not have the option to leave their homes. We are happy to continue to deliver publications, and we deliver all mail with equal priority.”
