Join us on Monday 14 September (12:00-13:00) for a webinar exploring the new subscription rules due to come into force next year.
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCCA) introduces significant changes to the legal framework governing subscription contracts.
As implementation begins, this session will explain what the new requirements mean for publishers, outline the latest developments, and help you get ready for the changes (expected to take effect in spring 2027).
The Department for Business and Trade will update on the implementation of the new rules, and legal experts from Lewis Silkin will explore how the legislation will work in practice, highlighting key compliance issues and working through practical case studies to illustrate what the changes mean for publishers in real-world scenarios.
This is a free event for PPA members.
