Duncan Taylor, Managing Director of ABS, will retire at the end of June. Duncan has been instrumental in strengthening ABS’s market position, championing operational excellence and embedding a culture built on partnership, integrity and service.
Effective 1 July, Paul Hatch the current Group Customer Director, will take over as the new Managing Director. Paul brings extensive experience in publishing, customer operations, digital transformation and people-centred leadership, the company continued – a combination that aligns strongly with ABS’s vision for the next phase of its evolution.
“As we continue to invest in our offering – from AI-enabled customer experience to a more intuitive, technology-led front end – it’s important to emphasise that our evolution is about more than just technology,” said Adam Sherman, CEO of Air Business. “Paul’s leadership reflects what truly differentiates ABS: our people, our values and the way we work with clients.”
Under Paul’s leadership, ABS says it will continue investing in the business and next-generation customer experience tools. However, the company remains clear that technology is only one part of the equation.
“We’re evolving, but we’re not losing what makes ABS special,” said Hatch. “Clients choose us because we’re flexible, fair and human; nice people to do business with. We build relationships, solve problems and act as a true partner. Implementing best of breed technology continues to transform our business, but our people will always be the difference.”
Air Business Subscriptions extends its sincere thanks to Duncan Taylor for his leadership, dedication and long-standing contribution to the business. His impact will continue to shape the organisation well into the future.
