Ofcom proposes reforms to Royal Mail’s Universal Service Obligation
Ofcom has published its latest consultation on proposed reforms to the Universal Service Obligation (USO) for Royal Mail, following an initial consultation in early 2024.

The award winning journalist and author joins Immediate Media's gardening and horticulture title.

She is a two-time winner of the Journalist of the Year Award from the Garden Media Guild and has written for many publications on gardens and plants, including The Telegraph, Homes & Gardens, Country Living and The Garden. Her book Wild Gardens is being published by Pavilion in spring 2022, along with two new titles for DK on Bulbs and Herbs.
Stephanie succeeds Lucy Bellamy who successfully led the Gardens Illustrated editorial direction since 2017.
