The PPA Next Gen Board is a group of 15 emerging leaders under the age of 30, who represent different backgrounds, interests, and experiences – ensuring a wide range of perspectives and insights are brought to the table.

Each member of the PPA Next Gen Board has at least three years of industry experience, making them well-equipped to contribute meaningfully to the discussions. They remain in post for 18 months, ensuring their input drives our sector forward.

Supported by five industry expert mentors, the programme gives members direct access to industry senior leaders, creating a space for open conversation, feedback, and collaboration on pressing issues crucial to our industry’s continued success.
