The publisher of the successful Living Without Inflammation Series, is launching an experts’ guide on how keep your brain sharp and healthy, and how to have greener life.
Eat more Greens (and less meat) is aimed at vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, and flexitarians, and is designed to help readers become familiar with plant-based alternatives to meat.
Content in the issue includes nutrition experts’ advice on how to limit the consumption of red meat and fill up with healthy everyday food; simple recipes; plus advice and case studies.
A Fit and Healthy Brain aims to teach readers how to keep their brain sharp and healthy. Combining the knowledge of leading experts in the fields of science, training, nutrition, and psychology to illustrate how the brain operates. The issue contains daily exercises; training programs to sharpen brain capacity and reduce lack of concentration, forgetfulness, and even headaches; and guides on healthy food to nurture the brain.
Eat more Greens (and less meat) will be on sale Thursday 16 February and A Fit and Healthy Brain will be on sale Thursday 4 May.
