PPA partners with Flume Sales Training for content series aimed at commercial leaders

The partnership will see training videos, events, reports, and resources made available over the coming months for PPA members.

Designed with commercial leaders in mind, this bespoke series will tackle common challenges with actionable advice, tips, and resources. The content will be hosted on a dedicated section of the PPA website.

The topics covered have been generated from insight gathered from the PPA’s Commercial Strategy steering group, Flume’s extensive client base, and PPA member input. Initial content will include how to increase forecasting accuracy, how to build and sell commercially sustainable awards, and how you can make everyone on your team a high performer.
