PPA Next Gen Award winners announced

Formerly known as the PPA’s 30 under 30, these awards celebrate inspiring and upcoming talent.

The PPA’s Next Gen Awards exist to champion 30 of the most exciting rising stars in UK specialist media. From dynamic data analysts, event experts, and driven sales teams; to marketing and insight stars, engaging writers, boundary-pushing people teams, and finance wizards these awards celebrate the individuals in the industry whose achievements and skills are shaping the future of the sector.

The winners will be celebrated at an exclusive Awards event on Thursday 12 October at the Mondrian Shoreditch, where their achievements will be recognised and they can network with other winners and industry leaders.

Sajeeda Merali, PPA, CEO said: “There’s so much aspiring and diverse talent in UK specialist media across both consumer and business media. As the industry accelerates and evolves, it’s important for us to recognise and nurture the people that represent the future of our industry. It’s great to see winners from data, marketing, events, and programmatic teams as well as creative, writers and content producers.”

This year the judges awarded two winners. Daniella Clarke, a recent MA Magazine Journalism graduate from University of London and Georgia Leigh Rhodes who studied BA Fashion Marketing, specialising in Writing, at Leeds Beckett University.
