Hearst launches new Women’s Health and Men’s Health apps

Women’s Health and Men’s Health members will receive access to exclusive training plans and wellness advice from some of the world’s leading fitness experts.

The Women’s Health app – part of the Women’s Health Collective membership offering – provides a one-stop wellness destination. As well as the latest science-backed health news from world-leading experts, exclusive long-reads, and opinion pieces written by the UK’s top writers, the app offers an ever-growing library of training plans and workout videos curated by the Women’s Health Collective panel of experts.

The Men’s Health becomes part of the Men’s Health Squad membership, and offers full access to interactive training plans, premium video, vodcasts, and guided workouts, as well as exclusive long reads not found anywhere else. A handheld fitness concierge service, the Men’s Health app houses four channels, including a dedicated training section with ten interactive, goal-based plans and more than 250 expert movement guides. Members will be able to join monthly check-ins with the expert coaching team, such as the former ‘UK’s Fittest Man’ and soon-to-be Gladiator, Zack George, for further support and guidance.

Claire Sanderson, Editor-in-Chief of Women’s Health UK and Men’s Health UKcommented: “We’re really excited about what’s in store for ourmembers with the launch of both new apps.  Our aim has always been to help men and women of all ages on their journey to better health and fitness by arming them with the tools, guidance, and sense of belonging they need to stay motivated. We’re looking forward to going on that journey with Women’s Health Collective and Men’s Health Squad members.”

David Robinson, Chief Customer Officer at Hearst UK, added: “To further drive engagement, we’re constantly looking at different ways we can bring our brands to life with new and exciting propositions. The new apps and enhanced membership offerings will allow us to create even stronger and deeper relationships with existing and new members, whilst building more opportunities for the future with premium content that people want to pay for.”

Women’s Health Collective and Men’s Health Squad memberships each cost £89.99 a year and include every print and digital edition of the magazine; full access to the app; unlimited access to the latest health, fitness, and nutrition news; training plans and workouts; access to world-class fitness coaches and experts; and exclusive weekly newsletters. As part of an exclusive offer for the first six months, from 20th December, each membership is available for just £9.99.
