Baidwan will lead all revenue-generating teams across Digital Operations, Brand Propositions, eCommerce, and Advertising Operations. She will work closely with the company’s UK digital leaders in editorial and audience development, and product and technology to strengthen Bauer’s digital publishing performance.

Baidwan brings a wealth of experience from Dennis Publishing, Autovia, and most recently Carwow, where she served as Global Media Operations and Audience Director. She led the launch of the new Auto Express digital commerce proposition to help drive the digital strategy across brands such as Carbuyer, EVO, and Driving Electric. In previous roles, she led the launch of the EV website DrivingElectric and has led high-performing teams across Product, SEO, Data and Insights, CRM, Media Operations, Publishing and Marketing.
