The launch reflects growing demand from organisations looking to develop leadership capability, retain high-potential talent, and support leaders through a period of significant change. Inspired Executive Coaching offer a curated collective of qualified and experienced coaches, enabling organisations and individuals to access specialist coaching tailored to their specific needs, goals, and career stage.

Alongside its commercial coaching programmes, Inspired will donate 10% of profits to the newly established Inspired Coaching Fund, providing funded coaching opportunities for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who would not otherwise have access to professional coaching.
