Hedges joins from Harper’s Bazaar UK where she was Deputy Editor since 2019. She will lead Grazia’s editorial vision, brand voice, and content strategy across all platforms – print, digital and social – to shape the future direction of Grazia and grow the brand’s audience, reach, and revenue. She’ll also be at the centre of shaping the cultural conversations Grazia is known for, keeping it one of the defining voices in fashion, luxury, and entertainment. 

At Harper’s Bazaar, Frances combined creative and versatile editorial leadership with a strong commercial outlook. She led the title’s expansion into new channels, grew its portfolio and strengthened its reputation as a fashion and cultural authority. She oversaw the growth of Bazaar Privé, a membership club partnering with world-renowned brands, and co-hosted and worked on the programming for flagship events including Women of the Year, the Power Dinner and the International Women’s Day gala.

Prior to this, Frances has held roles at Elle Decoration, Net-A-Porter, and Wardour.
