Headquartered in Rotterdam, Expansion is the author of Xtendis, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) information management platform used to store and organize business-critical content. Applications for Xtendis include the management of digital client or employee files, financial statements and records as well as invoice processing.

The strategic acquisition allows WoodWing Group to diversify into complementary new business areas, while also providing Expansion with the potential to build on its position in the Dutch market through WoodWing’s global presence and reselling partner network.
