New literature publication Siegfried Magazine has launched a digital edition of its very first issue, now available for individual and institutional subscriptions though the Exact Editions platform.
Siegfried Magazine, which is published quarterly, is a publication delicately balanced between the past and the present. The title republishes fine writing and art as well as championing new artists and writers whose work nods respectfully to the past as it reaches hopefully toward the future. The first issue features Henry David Thoreau sharing ink with Saki and 19th-century poets being freshly interpreted by 20th-century artists.
As well as benefiting from an advanced search function, the links and contents page of the first issue are fully-linked to facilitate easy navigation for readers.
Editor Sidney Falconer commented: “The team are delighted with the first issue of the magazine and how beautifully it has translated onto the Exact Editions platform. The carefully chosen design elements, in particular, are striking across digital devices.”
Managing Director of Exact Editions, Daryl Rayner, said: “We’re very pleased to be championing a brand new literature title with such institutional potential as an educational resource. Siegfried has an exciting future ahead of it!”
