Royal Mail reduces magazine distribution amount for publishing incentives

Over the past few months, Royal Mail has launched incentives to help Publishers retain and grow their subscriber base.

One such incentive, which rewards commitment to future magazine distribution levels, was originally launched with an entry level of 500,000 items per annum. The PPA gave Royal Mail feedback that the entry level was too high for many Publishers, which has resulted in the entry level being reduced to 250,000 items.

This has opened up the opportunity for more PPA members to achieve a 2% postage credit on their magazine distribution costs.
